Terms and Conditions

• All applicants will be considered and selection will be based on the availability of each category as we aim to have the widest variety. There will be waiting lists for each category should there be any cancellations.

• All stall fees are due within 7 days of invoice/confirmation of acceptance in order to secure the stall for each market. No reminders will be sent. Should payment not be received within 7 days the stall will be offered to next in line.

• If for any reason the stallholder wishes to cancel their stall within 4 weeks of the market date, there will be no refunds for fees paid. If for any reason the stallholder wishes to cancel more than 4 weeks from the market date then 50% of the stall area fee will be refunded to the stallholder. (Stall fees are not transferrable)

• As a stallholder you agree to promote Treasure Market on your business and personal pages. We will provide a graphic you can post on your page when accepted.

• Public Liability Insurance will be added to your invoice if evidence of your own insurance is not provided with your application for each market and is non-refundable. Product Liability Insurance is the responsibility of the stallholder.All food vendors/stallholders also need to present a food verification number with the payment of their stall fees to secure the stall position.

• The security of your products is solely the responsibility of the stall holders. The venue and Treasure Market accept no responsibility for any injury to persons, damage, loss or theft of items or money from the stall. It is your responsibility to ensure your allocated area is safe and secure. No structural signage is to be affixed anywhere without prior approval from market organisers. Any charges for damages to the property of the venue due to negligence by a stallholder will be payable by the stallholder.

• Stallholders are to leave their area as they find it by removing all items and any rubbish at the end of the day. It is not the centres responsibility to dispose of your rubbish, please take it with you.

• All products should adhere to Australian Safety Standards for children and no be in breach of any copy right laws.

• All stallholders give Treasure Market permission to use their images, business name & website text for Treasure Market promotional use, It is expected that stallholders will ensure their stalls are presented in a professional manner to enhance your products.

• All trestles legs MUST have Rubber cappings or be placed on a protective surface to protect the floor surface, If the floor is damaged in any way, the stallholder at fault will be liable to pay for damages. Floor length covering are to be provided by the stallholder. Stallholders must confine their displays & signs to their allocated stall area and keep walkways, fire exits and doorways clear for customers. If you would like to do a certain type of display please outline in your application, Treasure Market has the right to deny setups that aren’t stated and approved in application process.

• Set up is from 2:30 pm, All stalls must be ready to trade from 345 pm and must trade continuously until 8pm. After 8pm stall holders can begin to dismantle their stalls.A floor plan of the location of your stall will be emailed 1 week prior to the market and positioning of stalls is final.Outside stall holders that require power will need to provide their own generator if power is not available, marquees must be secured or weighted down at all times also (sand or water weights)Stall holders may hand out advertising or promotional material within their designated trading area as long as the advertising is relevant to the products/services on sale at their stall. Stall holders are not permitted to walk around the venue to distribute advertising or promotional material.

• Treasure Market will not refund stall hire fees paid in case of cancellation of market due to factors out of our control such as emergency or extreme weather situations. Please do not ask for a refund under any circumstances as refusal may offend. 

• Treasure Market has the right to withdraw the right to trade of any stallholder/retailer in dispute with Treasure Market or any persons.
